Notice to Ticket Buyers
1. This event is marked as one person per ticket. Each ticket admits one person only. A valid ticket must be presented for admission.
2. Only allowed for persons aged 18 or above.
3. A maximum of 8 tickets is allowed to purchase in each transaction.
4. Tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. A confirmation email and e-ticket will be sent to the patron's designated email address which is used for the transaction. Customers should ensure that the email address is correct. No change of email address is allowed.
6. Unauthorized photos, filming and recording are strictly prohibited in the performance venue. All professional cameras, video and voice recorders are not allowed inside the performance venue.
7. All copyrights of this performance are under the Organizer. Uploading any recordings from your mobile phone to your private social media account may be a copyright violation and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
8. Should you choose an e-ticket, please print out the e-ticket in the confirmation email on A4-sized paper or present the digital copy on your mobile device for admission.
9. When presenting the digital copy, please make sure that the full QR can be shown with a minimum size of 3cm X 3cm.
10. Once the e-ticket is used, the QR code will be deactivated from the system and cannot be reused.
11. The e-ticket will not be replaced in case of loss, defaced or damage.
12. For successful transaction inquiries, please contact our Customer Service.
13. In case of dispute arising from the ticketing sales and promotion of this event, the decision of the concert organizer shall be final.
Terms and Conditions
1. All tickets must be purchased from official ticketing agents. Admission with suspicious tickets will be refused. Tickets purchased from unofficial platform(s) or authorized by an unofficial third party can be cancelled without refund or compensation
2. All stools, folded chairs, long umbrellas, selfie sticks, remote-controlled aerial devices/ toys (e.g. model helicopters, drones) or any hazardous tools are prohibited inside the venue.
3. Any person who feels unwell or displays symptoms such as cough, sore throat or shortness of breath is recommended to seek medical advice immediately and stay home. The organizers have the right not to admit any person displaying such symptom(s).
4. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to those who do not follow the rules and regulations of the event.
5. The event organizer reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any disputes.
6. Outside food & beverage is prohibited in Club MOP. Ticket holders are obliged to comply with the rules & regulations of Club MOP, otherwise, may be denied entry to the venue without a refund.
